HWg-WLD Relay: Water leak detector

HWg-WLD Relay: Water leak detectorHWg-WLD Relay detects a water leak anywhere along the length of the connected sensing cable (2+2m – 6.5+6.5ft). Water leak or cable disconnection is indicated by activating a relay (NO/NC). The sensor can be connected to a Poseidon unit over the 1-Wire UNI bus (RJ11).

HWg-WLD Relay can be installed stand-alone using a 12VDC power supply and a relay output, or as a sensor connected to a Poseidon unit over the 1-Wire UNI bus. Relay outputs indicate a detected water leak or cable disconnection.
HWg-WLD Relay is supplied with a 2m (6.5ft) sensing cable.

  2. Very interesting post! Water can be very dangerous at times, especially if leaking near plug sockets! The water leak detector is a very good idea. I would suggest that you also make sure that your water is safe and softened, I found out quite a lot about hard water on http://watersoftenerguide.com

  3. We had a leak in our dishwasher led to wet flooring and some mold. Our plumber recommended Water Damage Recovery. Water damage restoration services came out on a Sunday morning, assessed the damage, got drying equipment in immediately and then monitored the situation until the problem was fully resolved. We were very happy with their service at ocwaterdamagepros.com.
